VINYLAB

 

Resilient, permanently static-dissipative control flooring developed for facilities where static discharge may cause damage to sensitive electronic devices. The VINYLAB mat meets the requirements for floors in standard IEC61340-5-1, the “Combination Resistance” with appropriate shoes is 35 MΩ. It is made by two vinyl layers, the underside layer is black conductive, the top layer is glare free coloured.

 

The top layer surface resistance: R_s = 1 x 10⁶ Ω

1-component glue for mats ECO V4

 

Conductive glue for sticking mats on benches or on the floor.

2-components glue for mats ADESILEX G19

 

Black polyurethane adhesive for rubber, linoleum and PVC conductive flooring, it bonds strongly to all commonly used construction materials.

Copper earthing tape

 

Used to ground ESD matting. Self-adhesive, thickness 0.05 m, length 30 m.
